These courses are made as an introduction to the field of Public Service Interpreting and Translation (PSIT) in Spanish, English and Chinese. They deal with a broad variety of sectors within PSIT such as social services and healthcare, administrative offices, police stations, schools, courts, etc.

The courses are available in an open and free format. They have been designed as groundbreaking tools for self-training and support for people who are not familiar with the field of PSIT and feel intrigued by it. These courses are also targeted to NGO staff, bilingual people or volunteers who work with foreign people who are unfamiliar with the country's language (Spanish). Its flexible schedule allows an adequate and personalised follow-up of the needs of each student.
